Due to the large number of orders, we cannot guarantee enough inventory for customers to replace. In case of replacement due to size and other problems, it is recommended to return the goods and take another one. Return of goods does not support payment on delivery, non-quality problems do not bear the return freight.

Once we receive your return parcel, it will be processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) and we will email you to let you know this has been refunded. The funds will go back to your original payment method. It typically takes 5-10 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays), depending on your bankcard issuer.

If there is no quality-related issue but you are still not satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible to return the items for refund within 7 working days of receiving your order, this refund will however be issued at the discretion of TEAMWANG. We will refund you the item price after we have received your package and inspected it. You would be responsible for all shipping fees incurred.
